Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with tags. We do not accept returns for used or opened products.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address or other information provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs to send the product to the correct address.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hi@hairsecret.ca for instructions. Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If eligible, the full product price will be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
